msg and m3 are majority shareholders in INTENSE AG

INTENSE AG (www.intense.de), a medium-sized software and IT consulting company and leading provider of IT implementation for the energy industry, now has two majority shareholders: msg (www.msg.group) is a new addition: It is an international group of companies with more than 10,000 employees worldwide in 32 countries. m3 management consulting GmbH (www.m3maco.com) is part of the msg group and had already entered into the strategic partnership with INTENSE in November 2021 . The remaining 49.9% will remain with INTENSE's existing shareholders, who will continue to be involved in the day-to-day business. With its participation, the msg group completes the trio from now on.
