msg systems successfully passed the audit for the SAP Partner Center of Expertise certification again in November 2023. The audit focused on the consistency and execution of daily support and maintenance activities as well as the functionality of the support infrastructure of the Partner of Center Expertise (Partner COE).
The Partner COE is a certified support center that is operated by an SAP PartnerEdge Sell Partner and offers its end customers value-added reseller support. Such a center meets the standards set by SAP with regard to the certification of individual support consultants, the technical infrastructure required to provide support for SAP software, and the business processes and services that ensure high support quality.
Thanks to the successful re-certification, the seal of quality for msg systems is now valid until the end of 2025.
