Strategic collaboration between msg and INTER

msg and the INTER Versicherungsgruppe (insurance group) will work even more closely together in the area of sales management in the future and enter into a wide ranging cooperation. The common goal is to increase efficiency and effectiveness in broker management and at the same time to optimize the entire sales spectrum. To this end, msg and INTERN are jointly introducing the msg.Maklermanagement (broker management) solution, which is based on the BSI Customer Suite. In this, INTER acted as co-developer and is also the first partner to implement the solution.

The product improves the efficiency of insurance companies' broker management. Among other things, it offers comprehensive 360 degree views, tools for broker agents and well thought-out reporting structures for sales organizations. The innovative automation package is particularly noteworthy. This ranges from the identification of "next-best-actions" to sales partner onboarding and segmentation, early warning systems, receivables management, white label campaigns and many other tools and features. The solution gives broker agents more time for their sales partners. At the same time, the entire sales management team has all the relevant information at a glance so that they can react faster to changes, derive measures and act quickly and reliably with the automation tools.

Partnership at the right time

The introduction of and the participation in the development of the solution came at the right time for INTERN: The INTERN Versicherungsgruppe had already started a disruptive change in its IT in 2021. The goal was to create comprehensive information overviews for employees and  sales partners alike. “With a new comprehensive IT strategy and a clear focus on customers and sales partners, it quickly became clear which services were needed,” explains the Head of Organization Development at INTER, Vera Blankenship. “The msg.Maklermanagement solution fits perfectly with our modernization strategy and convinced us because of its high maturity level,” explained the CIO of INTER, Dr. Benjamin Heblig. Andreas Stollenwerk, Vice President at msg adds: “The successful partnership between msg and INTER promises not only a successful implementation in broker management but also a groundbreaking change in the entire sales area.”
