How your application process works
- Step 1: Job search
Use the filter options on our Online career portal to find your dream job.
- Step 2: Online application
The “Apply now” button in the job advertisement will take you to a selection page. You have the choice of either entering your application data in the traditional way using the form, transferring it via the XING or LinkedIn interface or uploading it via CV upload. Ideally, your application should include your CV - and optionally a cover letter and references - as separate attachments.
Once we have received your application, you will immediately receive confirmation of receipt by email.- Step 3: Application screening
Your application documents will be reviewed by the relevant division. We will endeavor to provide you with feedback within 3 weeks.
- Step 4: Making contact & interviews
The first step is a telephone or video interview to get to know each other. If the first impression is good for both sides, a detailed (face-to-face or virtual) interview follows. This allows us to get to know each other better and talk in detail about the position to be filled.
- Step 5: Contract offer
If both sides are convinced, you will receive an attractive contract offer from us.
- Step 6: Welcome & Onboarding
Welcome to the msg team! During your onboarding phase, you will get to know many new colleagues and the msg culture. Our start days will also prepare you for your first days at work.

Whether intern, consultant or manager (m/f/d) - on our job board you will find all the positions for which we are currently looking for new employees. If you can't find a suitable vacancy, please check our job board regularly. We are constantly updating our vacancies.
Yes, you are welcome to send us your preferred locations in the online application form. Of course, it is also possible to apply for several different positions at the same time.
You can upload your documents (CV, cover letter, certificates) in PDF, Word, PPT, jpg, gif or png format. It is best to bundle your documents in a digital application folder/multi-page PDF.
Individual files may not exceed 10 MB in size, the total of all uploads must not exceed 20 MB.
You will receive confirmation of receipt by email within 24 hours. After the subsequent application review, we will also send you all the necessary information on the further process by e-mail.
