360° project audit
Audits as a benefit for the client, project management and project team.
Increase the probability of success of your project!
Projects are complex, time-consuming and therefore fraught with risk. Often, project goals cannot be achieved within the given time frame and budget or can only be achieved with an increased use of resources. Frustration within the project team is therefore inevitable. With the help of experienced audit experts, companies can identify potential for improvement in projects, make risks transparent and highlight opportunities. All of these measures increase the probability of a project's success.
msg combines extensive audit experience, project expertise and in-depth industry knowledge in one offer. We rely on a collaborative audit process in which we intensively involve the project management and team. We are convinced that holistic and sustainable project success can only be achieved if all project participants are involved in project audits on an equal footing. We would be happy to advise you!

360° project audit in detail
- Audit preparation
Based on the interviews with the project participants, we identify the main needs for action.
We analyse these for cause and effect and present them in a problem network.
At least one corrective measure is defined for each cause.
- Audit performance
As a rule, we recommend ensuring anonymity in line with the corporate culture in order to create trust and an interview situation that is as open as possible.
The anonymity of the results is determined individually for each audit.
Minutes are - by definition - not passed on.
Individual contents of an interview can be passed on after consultation with the interviewee.
- Audit follow-up
We document audit findings, audit conclusions and, if necessary, the need for follow-up measures in the 360° audit report.
We coordinate the report with those responsible for the audit.
We present the results in a cause/problem/impact analysis.
- Audit follow-up
Both the results and the jointly developed measures are presented to all those involved and those responsible for the audit and measures.
The implementation of measures is scheduled and tracked.
By agreement, an auditor can provide support in order to utilise the knowledge gained and to relieve the project team or project management.
The auditor can approve the results of the measures if desired.
