ITeanova Consult GmbH has been merged into msg systems ag, its previous sole shareholder, in accordance with the provisions of the German Transformation Act.
All former employees are now working for msg systems ag and continue their work at the Heidelberg location.
The SAP consulting firm ITeanova Consult GmbH has been part of the msg group since February 2022. Since its founding in 2005, the company has worked closely with SAP and is known for its expertise in complex, multi-level logistics planning scenarios.

We are combining the strengths of both companies into innovative end-to-end solutions and best-of-class offerings for our customers from a single source,” says Dr. Frank Schlottmann, member of the executive board at msg.
There has been a close operational collaboration between the two companies within the msg group for years. With the completed integration, ITeanova Consult GmbH’s range of services is now incorporated into the structures of msg systems ag. Customer relationships, contracts, and projects will remain unchanged — contacts and service quality will continue seamlessly.
