The msg company headquarters are located in Ismaning. More than 1,000 employees – including a large number from the Insurance, Automotive and Banking business units or from Corporate IT – develop standard and custom software here, advise customers or work directly on-site at customer projects.
At our Ismaning site, we meet the diverse requirements of today's working world with framework conditions that enable a healthy balance between mobile and office work. Ismaning itself breathes the same zest for life as the Bavarian capital. This small town, with a population of just under 18,000, is located right on the outskirts of Munich, on the right bank of the Isar, and has become a popular and vibrant business location. In addition to its Bavarian cosiness and a wide range of cultural and leisure activities, Ismaning also scores points for its good public transport connections to Munich.
Space for creativity and encounters
The Ismaning location is perfectly connected to the S-Bahn and is just under a 20-minute ride on the S8 airport line from Munich's Marienplatz. You can reach the location just as easily by car or bicycle. A large underground car park, additional outdoor parking spaces and covered bicycle racks are available on site free of charge.
Two of our Ismaning colleagues' favorite places are the large Café Dalucci cafeteria in the foyer and the adjoining in-house canteen, where you can enjoy fresh and regional dishes for lunch. The canteen opens onto a covered courtyard, which is a great place for social company events such as the annual Christmas party.
Bright offices and meeting rooms, a modern film studio and an in-house fitness room, where you can work out after work or take advantage of the company health management program, also increase the attractiveness of the location.
Modern IT infrastructure on demand on site
In 2021, a modern and attractive service area – the IT service lounge – was created for the employees at the site. All colleagues on site can receive first-class personal support from our corporate IT and can also test and try out new IT hardware themselves.
In addition, the IT accessories vending machine in the foyer ensures that long waits for IT accessories are a thing of the past. The machine provides you with quick and easy access to IT accessories such as keyboards, headphones and charging cables.
