With SAP OM, you completely and systematically map the hierarchical and functional structure of your company. Your organizational structures and associated tasks across business units, positions to individual employees are entered using SAP OM. Data entered here is a basis for further strategic HR functions (e.g., HCM PA, CRM and logistics processes).

SAP self-services Fiori offer the possibility to record, view and evaluate data of different HR business processes independently and function-dependent. The Fiori interfaces provide a modern design and digital functionalities. Employees in Employee Self Service (ESS) and managers in Manager Self Service (MSS) can perform various specific process flows: from absence maintenance to time correction requests and approvals to reporting.
We set up both the standard interfaces offered by SAP and interfaces for external non-SAP applications. This way, external software components can be effectively connected to HCM.
In order to guarantee comprehensive and special data protection in SAP HCM, it has proven effective to develop and implement a separate authorization concept. The HCM backend area as well as the self services are taken into account in the concept phase and the HCM authorizations are defined in a process and user-oriented way.
