Gateway Gardens is located directly at one of the largest airports in the world, as well as at the long-distance and regional train station. It is connected to one of Europe's strongest economic metropolitan regions by public buses and trains, as well as its own S-Bahn station.
Sustainable urban district in a green setting
Gateway Gardens is considered the green heart of Frankfurt Airport City due to its location directly adjacent to one of the largest urban forest areas, its own forest on the site and spacious green areas.
Resource-saving office building
Our office building is supplied with thermal energy via district heating, and the ventilation systems are equipped with heat recovery. In addition, the building has energy-saving LED lighting technology and charging stations for electric vehicles.

In the differently designed rooms of msg | Frankfurt, we are creative together, develop new ideas and discuss on the various digital and analog surfaces. We benefit from first-class technical equipment and a well-thought-out and sustainable room concept that focuses on the topic of “nature”.
At the msg | Frankfurt location, people from three former msg Group locations in the Rhine-Main area (Eschborn and Frankfurt Mitte) come together to work and collaborate – guided by the msg values, in particular respect and sustainability.

Innovative room concepts – the team is involved in the design
Our on-site think tanks enable our employees to devote themselves to their tasks undisturbed. The inspiring effect of these rooms is enhanced by the fact that our colleagues designed the think tanks themselves and helped shape them according to their wishes and ideas. In the end, they took up the topics of “playground”, “beach”, “think tank” and “Asia” in four unique think tanks.
The art of bringing nature into the office
We follow our conceptual goal of emphasizing the topic of nature and the connection between people and the natural environment, right down to the naming of the rooms. This theme can be recognized at any time and in every room of our location through the defined accent colors blue, green and yellow, as well as the materials used for floors, carpets and furniture.
Digital instead of analog – the most modern (IT) infrastructure
The slogan “developing innovations” was used to create the IT Service Lounge FFM in the entrance area of the first floor, which offers employees personal support for all IT hardware and software. A vending machine for IT accessories, for example, makes long waits to order supplies a thing of the past.
In addition, our employees benefit from modern, well-equipped meeting rooms, IP and Teams landline telephony, comprehensive Wi-Fi coverage and strong bandwidths thanks to our WAN strategy.
