FAQs - what you need to know to start your career
As a software developer (m/f/d), you should have a relevant degree and solid knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g. Java or C#) and have an overview of the entire software life cycle. In the area of business consulting, specialist know-how in one of our industries, for example in the automotive or insurance sector, is an advantage.
Even more important to us, however, are the ability to work in a team, initiative, a high customer, results and service orientation as well as your willingness to continuously develop yourself further.
Career starters at msg can look back on a successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree or a doctorate. Ideally, you have studied an IT-related course (computer science, business informatics, technical computer science, applied computer science), mathematics, physics or an economics subject.
Our application process consists of at least 2 stages:
- In the first step, we often conduct a telephone interview to get to know each other.
- If the first impression is positive for both sides, a personal interview follows. This allows us to get to know each other better and talk in detail about the position to be filled.
