Since opening the location in 2013, msg in Nuremberg has grown steadily thanks to a high number of new hires and low fluctuation. More than 50 employees now work at the Nuremberg location and we want to continue to grow in the future. In numerous interesting IT projects with a focus on “work and social affairs” in the Public Sector , we support customers on site in Nuremberg in their digital transformation. We are often involved in mission-critical and complex projects such as the development of a master data system.
Our consulting services range from business analysis and implementation with innovative technologies such as Angular, Docker and Microservices to testing. In addition, we support customers with our expertise in project management and in the introduction and application of process models such as Scrum and Kanban.

At msg in Nuremberg, we particularly appreciate the relaxed working atmosphere and the good collegial cohesion. We attach great importance to knowledge transfer with events such as “Learn & Lunch”, themed evenings or communities. Topics such as “DevOps”, “Machine Learning”, “Robotic Process Automation” and “Agile Mindset” are presented and discussed. In addition, we organize a monthly team event where we meet for activities such as laser tag or archery. In summer, we regularly meet in our lounge at the city beach. In December, we go to the Christmas market together and end the year with a cozy Christmas party. We also like to celebrate with our colleagues in other ways. We can always find a reason to do so.

Our Nuremberg office: easy to reach and well equipped

msg's Nuremberg location is situated in Südwestpark, a business park that is home to approximately 230 companies and 8,000 employees. We are easy to reach by both public transportation and car.

Although most of our employees work directly with our customers in Nuremberg, our offices are also very well equipped and offer the facilities for various requirements, from workshops and training to topic and project work. Meeting areas and a large meeting room are available for meetings. For lunch breaks, there are various options for takeaways or restaurants in the immediate vicinity. We prefer to spend our lunch breaks together in our kitchen. This is also the hub of our office days, with a coffee machine and fruit basket.

The city also boasts an enviable quality of life. Information and communication technology is an important economic sector in the region. msg Nürnberg works closely with the region's universities on trade fairs, lectures and events. The motto of the metropolitan region, “Come. Be amazed. Stay.” also applies to msg at its Nuremberg location.
