Have you been dreaming of a longer break for a while, e.g. for a trip, or would you like to start your pension earlier? msg's working time account offers employees great conditions to fulfill these dreams. The working time account is a type of savings account for collecting time or salary, which you can use to finance later leave periods. Additional benefit: interest is paid on the balance and the employee remains covered by health, long-term care, pension and unemployment insurance during the time off.

msg's flexible working hours model allows you to balance the challenges of everyday life and personal preferences with your professional responsibilities in the best possible way. The key elements of the model are trust-based time tracking and highly flexible working hours. This makes it even easier to fit in doctor's appointments, picking up children from daycare or exercising during your lunch break.

Whether at home or on the road, msg employees have the flexibility to choose their place of work. msg supports them with the necessary IT infrastructure.

Coaching & Training

On the start day, all new colleagues learn how msg is structured, learn everything they need to know to get started and make valuable contacts for their msg network.
In the subsequent methods start day, the new employees get to know the different methods, tools and procedures at msg in more detail and thus become fit for project work.

Personal and professional development is an essential building block for achieving individual career goals. msg supports its employees with a comprehensive training program called STEP | PROFI | FIT, as well as numerous other programs, so that everyone can find the right offer for them.

Our employees can find the entire msg training program on our digital, cloud-based learning platform, lexa, whether it's traditional training formats or e-learning and web-based training.
But that's not all: if you want to improve your English on the way to work or treat yourself to exciting learning nuggets in between, you can use Babbel for msg, LinkedIn Learning and Udemy Business for further content. After approval by the respective manager, our employees have unlimited access to the learning platforms or apps.

A voluntary, one-year mentoring program gives employees the opportunity to engage in intensive exchange with an experienced mentor.
In this tandem of mentee and mentor, they receive support, orientation and feedback with regard to professional and personal focus topics and also get a look at other units, approaches and topics. The mentor and mentee are free to organize the time and location of their exchange so that they can easily integrate the mentoring into their daily project work.

Working together with like-minded people on innovations, discussing current trends and constantly learning new things – that is particularly important to many msg employees. With the Societies, msg offers everyone the opportunity to exchange ideas with experts on a wide range of topics or to expand their own knowledge in the SocietyEXCHANGEs.

Family & Pension

Since 2022, msg has offered its employees optimized options for financial security with three funding components: BRSG subsidies, length-of-service-based funding and the use of capital-forming benefits, which are rounded up by msg.

As part of the capital-forming benefits, msg employees receive a monthly gross employer subsidy from msg when they set up a corresponding savings plan.

There are events in life – especially when they affect our immediate family – that demand our special attention. msg provides additional time off to support its employees in these cases. The special leave days are in addition to the standard 30-​​day annual leave.

Leisure & Lifestyle

We offer our employees discounts on a range of online platforms, enabling them to get real bargains and save a lot of money while shopping.
