Changes in the executive board of msg life and msg nexinsure

At msg life ag and msg nexinsure ag, there will be a personnel change in the executive board at the beginning of August 2023: CEO Rolf Zielke will leave the executive board of both companies at the end of July 2023 after 15 years for personal reasons. In his place, Dr. Andrea van Aubel has been appointed to the executive board of msg life and msg nexinsure effective August 1, 2023, and will take over as CEO of both companies.

Dr. Andrea van Aubel has already been a member of the executive board of msg systems ag since January 1, 2023 and is responsible for the insurance business area. The business mathematician with a doctorate will continue in this role. Andrea van Aubel has 30 years of professional experience in IT departmental responsibilities in the insurance sector, including positions as Chief Operating Officer of Zurich-Versicherung (Zurich insurance company) and Chief Information Officer at AXA. In her positions, she has been instrumental in driving the next generation of the insurance technology.

Rolf Zielke joined the then FJA group in 2003 and was appointed to the executive board of FJA AG in 2009. Rolf Zielke has been member of the executive board of msg life ag since 2009 and of msg nexinsure ag since 2020. He will continue to be available as a consultant after his departure and will closely accompany the further development of msg insur:it.
