The IT and consulting company msg is now part of the Independent Software Vendor Accelerate Program of Amazon Web Services, Inc., in short: AWS ISV Accelerate Program. This is a co-sell program for AWS partners with software solutions that run on AWS or are integrated into AWS - in this case the Software-as-a-Service solution msg.Profile Map. The program connects participating independent software vendors (ISVs) directly with the AWS sales organization. It also aims to improve the customer experience when purchasing cloud solutions and services.
Advantages for customers
Customers benefit from the co-selling initiative of msg and AWS on several levels: They can purchase msg.ProfileMap directly via the AWS Marketplace with just a few clicks and receive comprehensive customer support - from both msg and AWS. They can also be sure that the solution meets the latest technological standards and quality requirements. The AI-supported platform for skills management and workforce planning is built on AWS and supports companies in their transformation to a skills-based organization. As one of the prerequisites for participation in the program, it was technically validated by AWS in advance. Inclusion in the AWS ISV Accelerator Program is therefore not only proof of the confidence of AWS in msg.ProfileMap, but also certifies the high technical quality of the msg solution.
Following the strategic partnership between AWS and msg last year, participation in the AWS ISV Accelerate Program is a further step towards aligning msg's cloud offering more closely with specific customer needs and challenges. To further expand its presence in the AWS ecosystem, more msg products will be added to the program in the coming months in addition to msg.ProfileMap.
AWS and msg customer event in October
As an AWS partner, msg regularly organizes events together with AWS. This gives customers the opportunity to find out about and exchange information on current topics and trends in the cloud. The next event on 11 November 2024 in Munich will focus on AI, cyber security and SaaS and their impact on the CIO organization.
