msg has acquired a stake in the Karlsruhe-based AI company AMAI. This is a strategic investment with the aim of embedding best-in-class AI technology into the msg portfolio and expanding expertise in this progressive field. This will foster innovative solutions to transform various industries and markets.
AMAI is an expert in artificial intelligence and specializes in consulting and technical support for European organizations in the digitalization and integration of artificial intelligence into products and services. The focus is on data science and machine learning topics, especially computer vision and natural language processing and conversational AI.
Additional capacity to meet the many customer inquiries
For msg board member Dr. Frank Schlottmann, the stake acquisition is of great mutual benefit. “AMAI GmbH brings with it, in particular, expert know-how in the field of machine learning and AI development, which provides msg with additional capacity to meet the many customer inquiries. At the same time, we are a very interesting partner for the young company, both because of our industry expertise and our established customer contacts.”
